Janitorial Services for Health and Wellness Center

Description

The intent of this solicitation is to obtain sealed bids from qualified, licensed and insured Janitorial Services vendors who can most fully meet the needs of the District as specified in this document. The Contractor will provide all janitorial labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to the District’s Wellness & Health Centers as per the specifications and special conditions listed herein.The work consists of furnishing all labor, machines, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform and maintain the facilities in a neat, clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. All labor and materials supplied by the Contractor must comply with all local, state, Federal and OSHA standards. The Contractor will furnish ALL necessary cleaning and stocking supplies and tools/equipment required to perform this contract. All specifications and special conditions listed shall be considered as the minimum acceptable.
