Janitorial Services for Construction and Property Management Facilities

Description

This intake seeks to initiate a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Janitorial Services for locations managed by the Construction & Property Management Department.  ****This Contract establishes the standard for janitorial services at various County facilities. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and will plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide janitorial and related services in accordance with the specifications of this solicitation. All services shall be performed in the highest professional manner, and in accordance with all applicable, current industry standards, regulations, codes and statutes. Unless the means or methods of performing a task are specified elsewhere in this contract, Contractor shall employ methods that are generally accepted and used by the industry.
