J.D. Redd Park Replacement of Doors and Roll-up Doors

Description

The purpose of this Request for Quote is to retain a qualified, licensed Florida General Contractor to remove and replace a total of four (4) roll-up doors, three (3) double exterior hollow metal louver doors, and four (4) single exterior hollow metal louver doors at J.D. Redd Park located at 550 N. Homestead Blvd, Homestead, FL 33030. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permits, supervision, services and traffic control as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications.This project is funded and made possible through the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management. The Contractor shall comply with all Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) requirements pursuant to the FDEM Agreement No, B0185 between the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) and the City of Homestead.The City of Homestead is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  MBE/WBE/DBE businesses are encouraged to participate.
