The Orange County Sanitation District (OC San) appreciates your participation in OC San&rsquo;s industry forum event that was held on December 15, 2025, for Project No. J-143, Deep Well Biosolids Management Facility.&nbsp;This announcement is to inform the public that OC San anticipates conducting one-on-one meetings for the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) in the middle of February 2026.&nbsp;This is an opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with OC San to further discuss the project details. Requests for one-on-one meetings may be submitted to professionalservices@ocsan.gov, no later than 4:30 P.M., Friday, January 30, 2026.&nbsp; Please indicate &ldquo;Project No. J-143 One-on-One&rdquo; in the subject line of your email.&nbsp;Planning studies related to the PDB project will be released to the public prior to conducting one-on-one meetings.
