September 4, 2026 INFORMAL WRITTEN QUOTE IWQ 137730 Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for the Purchase of 33 Class 2 Southern Yellow Pine for the Department of Transportation. Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Michael Milstein, Purchasing Associate III. Quotes should be received by 12:00 P.M. on September 11, 2026 by email to Michael.Milstein@GwinnettCounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing Division – 2nd Floor – Financial Services, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Michael Milstein, Purchasing Associate III at Michael.Milstein@GwinnettCounty.com or by calling 770-822-8722 no later than 3:00 P.M. on September 9, 2026. Quotes are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. The written Quote documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties. Successful awarded vendor will be required to meet insurance requirements. Insurance Company must be authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies, and must have an A.M.
