The City of Homestead is seeking a qualified contractor to provide commercial façade improvements on Mowry Drive from Krome Avenue to 2nd Avenue. These improvements are part of Rock the Block City improvements. The Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permits, supervision, services and traffic control as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications (Section 3-Scope of Work).
