The purpose of this quote is to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for Roof Repairs of North Side of Electric Utilities Building. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City’s schedule.
