Hiatus Road, Davie, FL 33330 as indicated in the attached plans. All work shall be performed in compliance with the latest edition of all applicable codes, including, but not limited to, the Florida Building Code (2023 Edition), the Town of Davie Land Development Code, the Town of Davie Code of Ordinances, and the Broward County Code of Ordinances. All Work shall meet or exceed the standards of the industry for workmanship. The estimated budget for this project is $755,791.00.
