June 15, 2026 AMENDED INVITATION TO BID PESTICIDES 2026-01 The Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District (hereinafter referred to as “the District”) is requesting sealed bids for the furnishings of the following pesticides: Product Total Unit Advion 1250 Lbs. Extinguish plus 6000 Siesta Product Total Unit Natular G 3200 Lbs. Lbs. Natular G30 3200 Lbs. 1200 Lbs. VectoBac GS 17600 Lbs. AquaBac 200G (10/14 mesh) 12800 Lbs. VectoBac WDG (bags) 6000 Lbs. Metalarv S-PT 1600 Lbs. VectoMax FG 3200 Lbs. Natular Censor 16000 Lbs. BVA 13 ULV Diluent 110 Gals. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the District’s invitation to bid for the above items will receive such bids by email up to the hour of 2:00 p.m. on July 07, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. The invitation to bid (ITB) must be submitted by email to bids@cvmosquito.org with the subject line reading “INVITATION TO BID 2026-01” on or before July 07, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Any inquiry concerning this ITB should be directed to Sarah Prendez, Procurement Specialist, at sprendez@cvmosquito.org or (760) 541-2020. By submitting a proposal, the supplier agrees to honor prices listed on their submittal through June 30, 2027, and any additional purchases the District may require aside from this initial request. The District reserves the right to reject, waive any irregularity, to accept any bid or portion thereof, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of sixty (60) days.
