Acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 2 in the space provided on Bid Form. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY SUBJECT BIDDER TO DISQUALIFICATION. General 1. Equipment as specified on drawings is “basis of design” only, similar 595W modules and driven pile racking by alternate manufacturers shall be acceptable. 2. Contractor shall be responsible for owner support to claim all incentives including but not limited to federal investment tax credit, Illinois shines SREC, utility rebates and utility DER application/approvals. Tax exemption certificate will be furnished to successful bidder. Drawings 1. Sheet E1.1 – Juvenile Detention Center One-Line Diagram a. b. c. 2. Change circuit breaker to be installed in existing distribution panel from 3P-200A to 3P-225A. Change main circuit breaker in site PV panelboard to 225 A along with Main bus rating. Rearrange breakers in main distribution panel in order to feed PV at opposite end of bus from main breaker. Field coordinate exact requirements. Sheet E1.2 – Juvenile Detention Center Site Plan a. b. Directional bore conduits below drive to building. Cut and patch sidewalk adjacent to building as required for conduit routing. Bid date is revised to May 12, 2026 at 2:00 pm.
