NOTICE TO BIDDERS 1.1 Purpose The Fairfield County Commissioners are requesting sealed bids for the stream bank stabilization and infrastructure protection located at College Avenue in Lancaster, Fairfield County. The Owner’s estimate of cost is $85,000 1.2 Estimated Key Dates The following are the estimated key dates associated with the ITB process. Bids received after the Bid Due Date (as defined below) will not be considered. PUBLICATION DATE: Friday, June 26th, 2026 INQUIRY PERIOD BEGINS: Monday, June 29th, 2026, 8:00 a.m. EDT PRE-BID MEETING @ SITE Monday, July 6th , 2026, 1:00 p.m. EDT INQUIRY PERIOD ENDS: Monday, July 13th , 2026, 9:00 a.m., EDT BID DUE DATE: Wednesday, July 15th , 2026, 2:00 p.m., EDT BID OPENING DATE: Wednesday, July 15th , 2026, 2:00 p.m., EDT There are references in this ITB to the Bid Due Date, which shall mean the date, and time that the Offeror’s bid response is due at the Fairfield County Commissioners office in Lancaster, Ohio. Sealed Bids received after 2:00 PM. on the Due Date will not be evaluated. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside as “Fetters Run Stream Bank Stabilization”. The Work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications included in this Invitation to Bid document.
