The City of Independence is soliciting bids from qualified bidders for the Fairmount Loop CIP project for the Municipal Services Department. This project provides for, but is not limited to, improvements from the intersection of Winner Road and Sterling Avenue to the intersection of Bess Truman Parkway and Delaware Street as shown on the drawings and designated as the Fairmount Loop project, City Project Number 112501, Federal project number TAP- 3379 (444).
