ITB#202532 Purchase of a Packaged Engine Generator System for Pump Station 22 Upgrade

Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, to obtain the services of a qualified vendor for the procurement, furnishing, and delivery of a packaged engine generator system. This system will support the planned upgrade to Pump Station 22. The selected vendor shall be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, transportation, and services required for delivery, including fuel, power, and essential communication capabilities to ensure proper operation and integration and delivery of the generator system.This project is federally funded through U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including, but not limited to, 2 CFR Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 135, 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509, 570.609. The Contractor shall comply with all federal requirements pursuant to Agreement No, B-24-CP-FL-0624 between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Homestead.
