This project is funded through a Caltrans Sustainable Communities Grant awarded to the City of Isleton. CivicWell is the grant sub-applicant and will assist with management and implementation of this project in coordination with the City. The City of Isleton, with support from CivicWell, will direct the development of the Plan and activities executed by the consultant (or consultant team). The selected consultant will contract directly with CivicWell.
