ADDENDUM TO RFP DOCUMENT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Surveillance 2024 Three Rivers Community Schools Middle School IP Video ADDENDUM IDENTIFIER: A DATE of ADDENDUM: February 15, 2024 To All Potential Bidders: This addendum revises specific elements of the previously issued bid documents and hereby becomes part of the bid documents identified as 2024-THR-IPV-MS-RFP. Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession. Per the RFP, Section 1.8.1, the Bidder must acknowledge receipt of addenda by signing and returning with the original RFP documents. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to insure receipt of any addenda. Failure to submit a signed addendum may result in rejection of a proposal. Changes: 46.8.6 Six (6) Five (5) Hanwha XNF-9013RV Fisheye cameras. ● Remove camera 13 and replace with new camera 13 model (PND-A6081RV) on updated map. Replacements: 46.8.7 One (1) Hanwha PNM-C12083RVD Dual lens camera. ● Camera 14 on updated map - replaces previous model (PND-A6081RV). Additions: 46.8.8 One (1) Hanwha QND-8080R Single-view camera. ● Camera 45 on updated map. Three Rivers Community Schools IP Video Surveillance MS 2024 - ADDENDUM A Page 1 of 3 Walkthrough Q&A Cabling and demo of old cameras ● All cabling and demo of old cameras should be complete or to be completed by district/GMB sub contractors. Chosen vendor will NOT be responsible for. External Camera Height ● District would like them to be uniform all around. Locations where a lift was previously deployed for installation, such as gym cameras, should be moved downward to meet the uniform height. District can review with vendor upon project initiation. Cam 17 area ● Subcontractor will pull cable if need be? ○ Vendor to pull existing cable will need to be pulled to a proper location for best coverage. There should be a 15ft service loop present. ● Patch cable from camera to PUC? ○ Yes, vendor will need to run patch from camera to female end ● Current ceiling grid in foyer cam17 ○ New bulkheads being built (approx 2x as wide) - 2x2 ceiling grid ● Coiled camera cabled when demoed? ○ On old coax - ignore placement of some old cameras Media Center area ● New drop ceiling when done Cam 25 & 26 ● Temp wall will be removed Exterior cam 30 and 31 ● Exterior penetrations ○ Vendor responsible to get to drops inside Exterior cam 32 ● Vendor to run patch from camera to inside (maybe 15ft).
