NOTICE TO BIDDERS Separate sealed bids for furnishing the following water/wastewater chemicals for the City of Corsicana will be received by the City Manager at the office or by email to the City Manager of the City of Corsicana, Texas, until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud in person at the Corsicana Government Center, 200 North 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110. 1.          Approximately 35 to 45 tons of Cationic Polymer 2.          Approximately 1,040 to 1,055 tons of Liquid Aluminum Sulfate 3.          Approximately 340 to 360 tons of Sodium Hydroxide 50% (Caustic Soda) 4.          Approximately 140 to 160 tons of Liquid Chlorine 5.          Approximately 50 to 60 tons of Sodium Permanganate 6.          Approximately 20 to 30 tons of Sulfur Dioxide 7.          Approximately 125 to 135 tons of Liquid Ammonium Sulfate 8.          Approximately 40 to 50 tons of powdered activated carbon Bids may be submitted by email to . Bidders must receive a confirmation email for bids to be considered. Bid envelopes or emails should be marked Water/Wastewater Chemicals with the appropriate receiving date. The City of Corsicana may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the City of Corsicana.  No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of opening.
