INVITATION TO BID Minot International Airport Minot, North Dakota Project Name: GA Pavement Maintenance Bid Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Time Sealed bids for improvements to the Minot International Airport, Minot, North Dakota, will be received by the City of Minot, at the Minot International Airport Administration Office on 2nd Floor of Commercial Aviation Terminal, 305 Airport Road, Suite 216, Minot, North Dakota, 58703, until 11:00 AM local time on September 10, 2026. Project work consists of but is not limited to the following: GA Pavement Maintenance will consist of airfield traffic control, pavement removal, excavation, aggregate base course compaction, concrete pavement, aircraft tie-down removal, and aircraft tie-down installation. Construction for this project shall be completed in 10 consecutive calendar days between September 24, 2026, and October 30, 2026. Contract Documents. An electronic copy of the plans and details shall be provided with this Invitation to Bid. Repair Details reference NDDOT Standard Specifications. Materials for the pavement repair shall comply with all applicable specifications in the North Dakota Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition).
