Project Areas: Approximately 4,999 enclosed SF and 2,374 SF of covered exterior spaces. Note the covered exterior space is separated from the interior enclosed spaces with a 3-Hour fire wall. It is the intent of the Owner after receipt of bids to review available funding and proceed with construction pending approval of the MDOT and Benzie Bus. TYPES OF BIDS REQUIRED This project will be constructed under a single phase and single prime General Contract with Bids received on a lump sum basis.
