Invitation For Bids "IFB" - Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services

Description

The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement, collectively the “District”, seeks to engage multiple (qualified and licensed) Contractor to provide Routine non-emergency Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services on an as-needed basis across District-owned and/or leased properties (the “Services”). The intent of this procurement is to address typical, non-emergency plumbing needs, ensuring the maintenance and functionality of the plumbing systems throughout DGS-managed properties. This service will not include emergency repairs or major plumbing issues that require immediate attention. All services shall be conducted in accordance with the Scope of Work in Section [C] of this Invitation for Bid (“IFB” or “Solicitation”), the Department’s Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Service Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1, and other associated contract exhibits, and solicitation attachments listed in Section [J] of this IFB and the proposed contract (“Contract”).
