The City of St. Petersburg, Florida (the “City”) is requesting proposals from investment banking firms to assist the City with the issuance of multiple series of revenue bonds to fund a new baseball stadium and parking garages for the Tampa Bay Rays and infrastructure improvements in the Historic Gas Plant District. The City intends to select senior managing underwriter(s) and co-managers. The City, in its sole discretion, will determine the number of underwriters to use on any future negotiated financings and who will serve as senior manager(s) or co-manager(s), if any, for each transaction.
