Collin County Community College District (“District”) is seeking quotes from investment advisors who are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board to provide non-discretionary portfolio management services for the District’s investment portfolio. Our current portfolio is approximately $520,000,000. The initial term of service shall be for two years, March 1, 2026 through February 29, 2028, with three annual options to renew.This Request for Quote (RFQ) is designed to present interested firms with the description of the District’s current investment program, the services we require, and a format for responding to our request.
