The City of Santa Monica seeks a qualified firm to provide a low latency, real-time and investigative video analytics platform capable of providing live alerts and analyzing, summarizing, and extracting objects from historic video, directly from SMPD's Genetec VMS (video management system), and from stand-alone video files from any source. The selected vendor or firm will provide the video analytics software platform, any necessary hardware, installation, training, and support of the system for three (3) years following system installation and adoption.
