The professional consulting services will include a comprehensive analysis and resulting recommendations for the Town. The components of the assessment should evaluate all current inventory management practices, procedures, policies, software, non-consumable asset tracking and provide recommendations for procedure/policy changes and planning for larger stock of inventory as the Town grows.
