Intersection Signalization Project: US 98 at Church Street and Moll Drive

Description

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of the construction of signalization improvements at the existing intersection of US Hwy 98 and Moll Drive/Church Street.  The project is located in Santa Rosa Beach on US Hwy 98 approximately 3.48 miles west of the US 98/US 331 intersection in South Walton County.  The construction activities will include mast arm foundation construction, mast arm installation, electrical work, pavement markings, etc. to provide a signalized intersection in accordance with the design plans and specifications.Location:Contract Time: The contract duration is NINETY (90) days to substantial completion with an additional THIRTY (30) days for punch list completion.Long Lead Time Materials: A “Limited” Notice to Proceed shall serve as authorization for procurement of only the long lead time materials identified therein. This “Limited” Notice to Proceed has no effect on the contract time for this Project. County must be provided with an estimated delivery date in writing from the supplier of the long lead time materials.  Following receipt of these materials, a pay application may be submitted for stored materials prior to beginning performance. The County will verify the amount of materials received prior to issuing the “Final” Notice to Proceed.
