The purpose of this solicitation is to provide the City of Seattle for International brand truck parts, service, training, and software as well as International brand Workhorse van parts and service, for a period of five (5) years, with a two (2) year extension allowed at the option of the City. The City has had a successful contract with a local provider for these services; however, this contract will soon expire and does not have any renewal options. Therefore, the City is returning for a competitive bid to establish new contracts. The City estimates an annual expenditure of approximately $150,000.
