GRAND PRAIRIE WATER COMMISSION Channahon, Crest Hill, Joliet, Minooka, Romeoville & Shorewood, Illinois Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties, Illinois Grand Prairie Water Commission (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Work: Alternative Water Source Program (AWSP) Intermediate Pump Station 1 / Intermediate Storage Facility 1 AWSP-03-01 Bids for the construction of the Work will be received electronically in accordance with the instructions herein until October 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time in Joliet, Illinois. At 2:30 PM local time in Joliet, Illinois that day, the Bids received will be opened and read in a virtual meeting at a link to be provided to the bidders submitting a bid upon receipt of said bid. The Work includes the following: Construction of the Intermediate Pumping Station, including administrative office space, chemical storage and feed rooms, and electrical equipment room, a 4-million gallon steel standpipe, yard piping and associated valves, meter, and chem feed vaults. Site grading and drainage, including detention ponds, utility services and standby generators, and paving and miscellaneous site improvements. Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is the Engineer for this Work. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents will be available on September 10, 2026. In order to obtain a copy of the Bidding Documents, a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required. A copy of the NDA can be requested by emailing: AWSP-03-01-IntermediatePumpStation1@docs-us2.ebuilder.net. Potential Bidders and other eligible parties must submit the signed copy of the NDA to the Owner at: AWSP-03-01-IntermediatePumpStation1@docs-us2.e-builder.net. Only contractors, major subcontractors, or vendors/material suppliers verified by the Owner to be able to provide major components of the Work will be considered eligible to receive the Bidding Documents. Each signed NDA submitted by a party requesting Bidding Documents will be reviewed by the Owner and, if determined to be eligible, the fully executed NDA and instructions on how to access the Bidding Documents will be provided to that party. Bidding Documents will not be provided to any party who has not signed the NDA or has been determined not to be an eligible recipient of the Bidding Documents.
