As such, no other vendor is permitted to offer or provide this specific service in these locations. Engaging any other provider would not be feasible, as Blue Outdoor maintains sole access to the advertising assets and infrastructure required for backlit directory signage within these properties.This ensures compliance with existing property agreements and secures uninterrupted access to strategic advertising placement at high-traffic retail centers.
