Intent to Single Source for Axon Signal Unit and Cable Assembly

Description

Tampa Police Department seeks to obtain Axon Signal Units and Cable Assemblies communication devices to be installed in emergency vehicles' light bar systems to integrate with their AXON body camera devices. When installed in emergency vehicles and the vehicle light bar activates or other activation triggers it, the Axon Signal Unit using Axon Signal Technology, sends a signal to the Officer's Body Worn Camera to transition from the Buffering to Event mode.A SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION EXISTS BECAUSE THE LISTED GOODS REQUIRED TO SATISFY THE AGENCY'S NEEDS ARE ONLY MANUFACTURED AND AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE THROUGH AXON ENTERPRISES.
