Swoogo provides a comprehensive online platform used to manage participant registration, ticketing, reporting, and event communications for NEFEC-sponsored trainings and statewide conferences.NEFEC has utilized Swoogo successfully for the past two years, and the platform has proven essential for meeting the unique operational and reporting needs of events conducted in partnership with the Florida Department of Education. Swoogo offers advanced customization options, multiple ticketing types, detailed reporting features, and a mobile app that enhances attendee engagement—all of which are integral to the success of NEFEC’s events. Transitioning to another vendor would result in significant disruption, additional training costs, and loss of existing templates and workflows.Because of its proven performance, integration with NEFEC systems, and ability to meet specialized requirements, Swoogo, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing the level of service, functionality, and reliability needed to support NEFEC’s statewide initiatives.
