Office of Procurement February 3, 2025 RE: Intent to Award – Bid # UAPB A200-Pressure Washing Services To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff has completed its evaluation process for the abovementioned bid. The bid due date was January 28, 2025, at 11:00am. The University received (4) responses that were submitted. The recommendation for award extends to Kept Companies dba Enviroclean. Respectfully, this letter of “Intent to Award” serves as notification that contract negotiations will commence between Kept Companies dba Enviroclean and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff with the goal of a fully executed Purchase Order/Contract to be issued by the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is thankful for the attention of each respondent, and for the time and effort expanded in responding to the IFB.
