Description

The Aviation Authority is soliciting interested parties to provide insurance broker and consulting services for the Aviation Authority’s Capital Improvement Program. The selected firm will be relied upon as a content expert for the analysis of risk exposures for organizations having similar construction projects in size and scope as the Aviation Authority and provide recommendations from a risk management perspective in order to maximize funds utilized for insurance, claims,  and mitigation efforts. A builders risk insurance program and Owners Protective Professional Indemnity (“OPPI”) insurance is to be procured, maintained and serviced by the selected firm, including recommendations and negotiation of terms, conditions, and premium rates.   The scope will also include other services as requested by the Aviation Authority that may be available from the selected firm.
