Instream Bioassessment Monitoring

Description

The purpose of this RFP/Q is to find a certified laboratory that will perform annual instream bioassessment testing on monitoring stations RSW-001U and RSW-002D as described and required per the facility's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. The results of these tests must be defensible, and all test procedures must follow the protocols established for the California Stream Bioassessment Procedure (CSBP) or more recently established sampling protocols, such as used by the Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program (SWAMP) and be performed with trained staff and by laboratories that are either Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) or National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Council (NELAC) certified.The selected service provider will be awarded a contract with a five-year term, July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030.
