Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi (the "County"), acting in its statutory capacity as the Board of Trustees of the Oktibbeha County Reserve and Trust Fund (the "Fund"), will receive sealed, written proposals from qualified chartered institutional fiduciaries until 2:00 PM Central Time on November 23, 2026, for the following services: INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND FIDUCIARY SERVICES FOR THE OKTIBBEHA COUNTY RESERVE AND TRUST FUND ($55,000,000.00 CORPUS) Scope of Services: The selected Fiduciary will provide comprehensive discretionary investment management, independent third-party custodial coordination, quarterly performance reporting, CPI-U indexed inflation-adjusted floor calculations, annual audited compliance statements, and general trust advisory services for the permanent public endowment of the Oktibbeha County Reserve and Trust Fund, which holds an initial corpus of $55,000,000.00 established pursuant to Mississippi House Bill 4110 (2026 Regular Session). Proposals will be publicly opened and the names of proposing fiduciaries read aloud at 2:05 PM CT on November 23, 2026, in the Board of Supervisors Boardroom. Late submissions will be rejected without review. Board Rights Reserved: The Board of Supervisors/Trustees reserves the absolute right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or minor technicalities, and to award the contract to the proposer determined to represent the "lowest and best" responsive bid pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 31-7-13.
