The location of the services is the Stearns County Law Enforcement Center Jail, 807 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, MN 56303. The vendor shall provide a system, including hardware, software, installation, and maintenance at no cost to the County. The rates offered to inmates’ family/friends will be at a reasonable cost.
