PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office (hereinafter, “SCSO”) Jail facility with a trust fund accounting system to a full range of commissary services to manage the personal funds of incarcerated individuals. The services, systems, software and hardware provided by the Proposer shall be installed, maintained and updated at no cost to the SCSO.
