The Greenville County Detention Center is looking to enter into a contract for Barber Services with a barber licensed through South Carolina License, Labor and Regulation (SCLLR) or an equivalent agency from another state. The Detention Center prefers that the vendor have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing barber services in a licensed barber/beauty shop. The vendor must be willing to work in a correctional environment and perform at least 20 inmate barber services per week. No limitation will be placed on the maximum amount of services that may be provided at this time. The Detention Center will require each vendor to submit at least 3 references from vendor's customers. References must be inclusive of names and contact information for each customer.
