Ingraham Blvd & 84th Street NE Pavement Preservation

Description

In the latter part of the fourth quarter of 2026, the City of Marysville intends to award a construction contract for the Ingraham Boulevard & 84th Street NE Pavement Preservation Project which proposes to rehabilitate a 1.5-mile segment of the Ingraham Boulevard and 84th Street NE corridor, an urban arterial from 67th Avenue NE in the west to State Route 9 in the east. The City has identified a need for construction management support for this project. As described in more detail in the full solicitation, the City is requesting statements of qualifications from firms providing owner’s representation and construction management services and with experience managing federally funded pavement preservation projects. It is the City’s intent to enter into a single professional services agreement with one firm that will be capable of providing, along with sub-consultants, comprehensive construction management (CM) and inspection services for the project.
