Information Technology Management Services RFP

Description

It is the intent of the City of La Palma (“City”) to receive proposals from qualified consultants to provide Information Technology (IT) Management Services for the City. The project scope of work requires professional management and support of IT services for the City using current technological expertise, including maintenance of the City’s computer network, planning for short-term and long-term IT goals, and the provision of excellent customer service. The City will select and negotiate with the qualified consultant(s) whose competitive proposals are responsive to this RFP and are in the best interest of the City. Any competitive proposal submitted in response to this RFP must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of its merits. The instructions contained herein must be followed in order for competitive proposals to be considered responsive to this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or information in any proposal, and to accept or reject any items or combination of items.
