{This  notice only.     This is not a formal solicitation, but a Notice of an Industry Day for interested parties to attend related to Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Services.     Participation in this Industry Day is voluntary.    No purchase or contract will be made as a result of the Industry Day. No pricing information is to be provided by the participants. THE MEETING AND INFORMATION IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.The Aviation Authority is holding an Industry Day event to inform of an upcoming project that will be released in the next couple of weeks.  Industry day is to notify the Fleet Management Companies  of the opportunities and to generate increased competition for the project.   Services will  include:Ensure a safe and reliable FleetEnsure safe, clean and compliant repair facilitiesPriority-Emergency service and other operationally critical vehicles and equipmentOptimize maintenance and repair programs with an emphasize on preventive maintenanceCreate, document and manage all work orders and associated parts and laborProvide all labor, supervision, management, administrative oversight, training, parts and general supplies for the performance of duties
