Description

The City of New Haven is seeking a regional or local academic institution to provide the City of New Haven Office of Climate and Sustainability with services to monitor the indoor air quality impacts of the replacement of residential oil-fired heating systems with air source heat pumps as the primary heating system in up to 50 homes as a part of a three-year electrification program funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Environmental Justice Government-to-Government Grant Program. The academic institution would also assist the City in completing a Quality Assurance Project Plan to be approved by the EPA prior to the initiation of project activities related to environmental data collection or use.
