The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title. Responses are to be submitted via the Commission's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Late responses will not be accepted. The Contractor shall provide an independent review under the purview of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The Contractor shall complete a comprehensive review of WSSC's operational efficiency, capital program effectiveness, police force utilization, and governance structure. The study will benchmark performance against peer utilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
