Placer County is inviting proposals from qualified agencies to provide and implement Independent Living Services for youth from age 14-21, associated with Placer County Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Youth who will be provided these services are involved in both the child welfare and probation systems. Services include, but are not limited to, work training, life skills, college preparation and connections, and other skills associated with transitioning to adulthood.
