The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Indefinite Quantities Water, Sewer, and Emergency. Responses are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 p.m. ET on February 18, 2026.
