In-Home Crisis Stabilization Services

Description

County of Orange, Department Name (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for In-Home Crisis Stabilization Services, which include psychoeducation / teaching the family coping strategies, intensive short-term (3 weeks) support, individual and family therapy, and crisis assessments (Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) evaluations). The program provides support in obtaining state benefits, accessing resources, and connecting individuals to more suitable and less restrictive care options. The program provides support to the mobile Crisis Assessment Team (CAT team), Psychiatric Emergency Team (PET Team), County outpatient clinics, Children's Hospital of Orange County Emergency Department (CHOC ED), Adult and Adolescent Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and inpatient hospitals. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within this Request for Proposal (RFP) and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.All questions or requests for interpretations must be received
