The City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department (City) is seeking responses from qualified respondents (as defined in Section 7 - Minimum Qualifications) to install, operate, manage, and maintain a Traditional Bike Share Program throughout the existing Shared Micromobility Program in the City of Phoenix area at no cost to the City. Phoenix's Shared Micromobility Program has offerings of small, lightweight, electric vehicles such as electric scooters (e-scooters) and electric pedal-assisted bicycles (e-bikes) for short-term rental. The current micromobility operators do not deploy conventional bicycles. Phoenix is looking to include traditional peddle bicycles, also known as traditional bicycles, accessible along the existing right of way of the program boundaries.
