Immokalee Culinary Accelerator Lease and Equipment Purchase

Description

As requested by the Housing Policy and Economic Development Division (hereinafter, the “Division”), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, “County”) has issued this Invitation to Negotiate (hereinafter, “ITN”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified vendors/proposers/contractors/bidders in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached.  The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to solicit proposals from qualified entities interested in assuming the lease for a fully equipped culinary space and acquiring the existing kitchen equipment through a bill of sale or execute a new lease at further direction by the County. This ITN aims to identify a lessee who will effectively utilize the space and equipment to operate a successful culinary business. The issuance of this ITN does not constitute a commitment by the lessor to enter into a lease agreement or equipment sale. The lessor reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of proposals are the responsibility of the proposer.
