IGSA Sprinkler Maintenance and Repair Job Order Contract

Description

This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for repairs, alterations to existing facilities, emergency repairs and new construction, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of fire sprinkler systems inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair at various Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and performing the work necessary for the proper and efficient operation of fire sprinkler systems and to maintain the systems at current compliance. Contractor shall provide a trained/qualified craftsperson to evaluate, inspect, test, maintain, and repair the fire sprinkler systems. The Contractor shall maintain on file all drawings, operating manuals, and the results of all testing and inspection. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey and Ord Military Community.
