In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, Contractor providing all labor, material, equipment and project management for Mitigation, Remediation & Trauma Clean-Up. The work shall be located in all areas within Intergovernmental Service Agreement Projects, including Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC), DHRA Enterprise Operations Center (DEOC) and Camp Roberts (CROB).
