This is a job order contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for asbestos and lead abatement, as the City deems appropriate. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, equipment, and project management for asbestos and lead abatement for IGSA projects in accordance with the Specifications and miscellaneous associated work at such times and locations as required. The work shall be located in the Presidio of Monterey (POM), Ord Military Community (OMC) and DHRA Enterprise Operation Center (DEOC).
