Project consists of the equipment and materials necessary to supply ONE (1) substation power transformer and place on foundations at the Zumbro River Substation in Rochester MN. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following: Design, manufacture, test one unit as specified Transportation from factory to project site. Unload and set transformer on Owner-provided foundation. Optional field services to assemble and test the power transformer.
